Editorial policy

Who writes this site

supplements-tracker.com is run by Trifoil Trailblazer, the small independent studio of Ivan Terekhin, which also makes the Supplement Tracker app. Articles are published under the studio's name. We are app developers, not doctors or pharmacists, and we say so on every health page.

How articles are made

We write with the help of AI tools and check every health claim against primary sources before publishing. The sources we use are public health bodies (NIH, NHS, CDC, WHO, national medicine regulators), official product information and patient leaflets, and peer-reviewed studies indexed in PubMed. Each claim links to the source it comes from, so you can read the evidence and its limits yourself.

When the evidence is weak, mixed or only from animal studies, the article says so. We do not present a single small trial as settled fact.

What we do not do

  • No medical review is implied. Unless an article names a reviewer, it has not been checked by a licensed clinician.
  • No personal medical advice. Questions about your treatment, dose or medicines belong with a doctor or pharmacist who knows your situation.
  • No paid placements and no sponsored articles. We do not take money from manufacturers or brands to mention them.
  • Articles that mention Supplement Tracker are written by its developer. Comparisons that include our app are not independent rankings.

Updates and corrections

Articles show the date they were last updated. We revisit health pages when guidance or evidence changes. If you find a mistake, an outdated figure or a broken source, write to contacts@trifoiltrailblazer.com with the page address. We fix confirmed errors and update the date.

Translations

Articles are published in several languages. Translations are made with AI tools from the English version and keep the same sources. If a translation reads wrong, tell us at the same address.
